One of America's leading wedding photographers has announced a six event seminar tour of Britain in June. Peter Atherton, a Brit who plies his trade in the glitzy world of Hollywood will be explaining to delegates how he puts the 'Wow' into Californian society weddings and how his formula for success can be adapted for this side of the Atlantic.
Each seminar will cover how Peter uses his website, his sales approach, his creativity and his marketing skills to attract discerning clients who understand the value of his great photography. He will also show how he achieves unrivalled tonal quality and colour in his work.
Peter offers a variety of styles, from leading-edge bridal fashion and traditional, to photojournalism and candids, as well as holding seminars and workshops around the nation to educate fellow professionals about wedding photography and digital workflow.
The tour has been arranged by the Master Photographers Association (MPA) in association with Graphi Studio and includes seminars at the following venues:
Monday 5th June, Corus Hotel in Bristol
Tuesday 6th June, Hilton Hotel in Warwick
Wednesday 7th June, Hellaby Hall Hotel in Rotherham
Sunday 11th June, Grange Manor in Falkirk
Tuesday 13th June, Great Southern Hotel in Dublin
Thursday 15th June, Hilton Hotel in Croydon
As the tour coincides with the World Cup, arrangements have been made so delegates can enjoy the seminars without missing any of the action from Germany.
The cost is £58.75 / €70 for MPA, BIPP, PPANI, Envisage or IPPA members, or £94 / €120 for non-members. Registration is at 9.30am at each venue, with the seminars due to commence at 10am. Lunch and afternoon tea is included in the cost.
