Leach will move its entire operation to the new building, which is due to be completed in May 2005. The 30,000 square foot building boasts a 50m x 33m open plan ground floor graphics production area alongside a state-of-the-art computer imaging suite. The first floor will contain an open plan, fully air-conditioned photographic laboratory with controlled lighting throughout. Also on the first floor are all administration, sales and management offices and an impressive meeting/conference facility. The site is just two miles away from Leach's current location in Brighouse, and has excellent access to junctions 24 and 25 of the M62. The new building will also include a free customer car park with space for 75 cars. The two acre site forms the front corner plot of the brand new Bradley Business Park which has been developed by the local authority in conjunction with European Development funding to attract high tech businesses with high employment density.
