Interdean welcomes Hannes Lager
Vienna, Austria - Interdean International Relocation would like to welcome Hannes Lager to his position of General Manger of Interdean International Relocation Austria.
Hannes, who is to be based at the Interdean International Relocation’s offices in Vienna, has 13 years moving and relocation experience, he is also recognised as one of the leading logistics experts in the relocation industry.
Hannes joins Interdean following a successful five-year spell as Managing Director atSobolak International. While at Sobolak, Hannes was responsible for sales to the United Nations and related organisations.
Before his time with Sobolak, Hannes was Operations Manager with Herber Hausner Sued-Ost. One of his key roles there was to head-up a logistical research project into Vienna airport
This is Hannes’ second spell with Interdean, following his time as Sales Manager for the company in the mid 90s. Hannes explains why he wanted to return: “I enjoyed working for Interdean and have followed the company’s fortunes closely since Interdean came under new ownership. I really liked the things that Interdean was doing, such as the Interdean Academy and their work within FIDI. I felt that they were really making changes to the industry, which is why I wanted to start working for them again. Of course when the opportunity arose I jumped at the chance.”
Hannes lives in Vienna with his wife, a primary school teacher, and their two children. In his spare time he enjoys cooking and keeps fit by playing basketball.
