Jesse van Sas Joins Interdean
Interdean International Relocation is pleased to announce the appointment of Jesse van Sas as General Manager for Belgium, effective January 1st 2009.
Jesse joins the company from Ziegler Relocation where he has been for the past 14 years.
"I am delighted to be making the change from Ziegler to Interdean," explained Jesse, "I come from a sales background and to be successful in sales you need to recognise the needs of the customer. Interdean has a great reputation within the relocation industry for providing excellent customer service and I can't wait to get started with them."
He continued: "I'm always eager to remind my team that behind each relocation lies a person, and it's vital that we never forget we are dealing with people not commodities. We must also remember the significance of the corporate client who is paying for our services - it's an important balancing act to match the needs, hopes and expectations of both parties."
Nicolas Sepulchre, Regional Director of Benelux Region is delighted that Jesse is joining Interdean: "Jesse has a formidable record in the relocation sector and everyone within the company is looking forward to working with him. Our focus is firmly set on building the quality of our service through continual improvement and Jesse will be a vital part in this continued customer driven programme."
Jesse has a clear motivation for his new role: "In this industry you are only as good as your last relocation. We must be able to demonstrate to our existing and potential clients that we are as good as we say we are - good reporting procedures and KPIs play an important part in this."
A Dutchman by birth, Jesse now lives with his wife and three children in Haaltert, Belgium. He holds a FIDI diploma for Advanced Management Seminar and has been the FIDI trainer for the FIDI Academy, since 2003. He has been Chairman of FIDI Belgium, since 2005 and has also been a Member of the FAIM Steering Committee, since 2005
