2005 The price reductions have been made possible following a review of the initiative's benefits and a re-assessment of how the monies are received. Envisage will now deliver its content exclusively online with all information being supplied in downloadable format via the Envisage website. Notification of site changes will be sent out via e-newsletters, ensuring all members will be kept up to date at all times. Membership fees are now taken on an annual basis, which means an end to the previous system of monthly direct debits. Envisage has also been expanded from a marketing programme into the broader field of 'business support' for all types of professional photographers. Benefits of membership include the downloadable business modules, ready made promotions, member's only information website, half-price website design and hosting, free listing on the public directory website, www.photographersearch.com , free loan of portable exhibition stands, product discounts and a direct marketing database. Additionally, the Envisage team has negotiated discounts for its members with the UK 's main photographic associations. The British Institute of Professional Photography (BIPP), the Master Photographers Association (MPA) and the Society of Wedding and Portrait Photographers (SWPP) have all agreed to give Envisage members the same discounts on seminars and courses as the members of their own associations. Following a successful trial period, marketing company WPS Media has taken over the management and day-to-day running of the programme. Darron Hartas, managing director of WPS Media, has a long association with the photographic business and is recognised as one of the industry's leading authorities on marketing, business and web issues. Fujifilm Professional will continue to support the initiative. Further details on the Envisage programme are available from www.fujifilmenvisage.co.uk - all Envisage enquires should be made to Katerina Paphitis who can be contacted on 01904 427777 or via email, envisage@wpsmedia.co.uk Ends
